Frank Jones to head up sales efforts in

Draper, UT — In a move to increase expansion efforts and establish a more recognized presence in the southeastern part of the United States, Aqua-Yield today announced the hiring of Frank Jones as the company’s new Regional Sales Manager for Florida and Georgia. Mr. Jones joins a growing and energetic sales force, which carries the responsibility of brining the company’s nano-particulated liquid fertilizer to all parts of the country.

Clark Bell, Aqua-Yield CEO and Co-founder, stated; “Frank Jones is one of the most well-rounded Certified Crop Advisors I’ve ever met. His vast experience in so many areas of agriculture…from crops to a range and pasture specialist, is a perfect fit as we expand Aqua-Yield. And he joins our team at a critical time for agriculture and for Aqua-Yield”

Frank Jones is a native Floridian and in fact, parts of his family can be traced back 1765 in Florida. Raised on a farm about 50 miles west of Gainesville, Jones and his family raised corn, tobacco and peanuts, as well as hogs and cattle. Mr. Jones graduated from the University of Florida with a BS degree in Ag Economics and has spent the last 30 years in immersed in the Florida/Georgia ag sector. Included in that experience are 2.5 years with DuPont as a Range & pasture Specialist covering 5 states: FL, GA, SC, NC, & VA. Mr. Jones has been a certified crop advisor since 1997.

Mr. Jones stated; “One thing that is true of every crop, no matter what it is, is that
the person producing it wants to produce as much as possible, as
efficiently and cost effectively as possible, with the highest quality
possible,” He added, “From what I can see initially as I learn about the Aqua-
Yield technology, processes and products, is that Aqua-Yield can
offer success in ALL of these areas for our producer customers AND
help put a better, higher-quality crop on the shelf or in the package.”

Mr. Bell added; “Frank understands the issues facing the entire agriculture supply chain industry and has dedicated his professional life to bettering the industry for farmers and ag-based families. We are extremely fortunate to have Frank heading our Florida and Georgia region. We know that everyone with whom he comes in contact will feel of his genuine concern and dedication to helping them save money while producing and harvesting more.”

“The potential for innovation and technological advances in methods,
equipment, yields, etc., is seemingly limitless,” says Mr. Jones. “Look at where
production Agriculture has come in the last 17 years. I also feel that
the industry as a whole is probably facing some of the biggest issues
and challenges that it’s ever faced. The GMO debate, water usage,
pesticide residues, pesticide resistant species of not only insects
but weeds and grasses, foreign competition, declining political clout
and the fact that an ever-increasing segment of the population has no
idea where their food comes from. All that being said, my true feeling
is that US Agriculture is in a very good state. However, it’s going to take all
of us: seed producers, pesticide manufacturers, crop nutrient
providers, equipment manufacturers and technology providers, to come
together to promote and drive forward the fact that American
agriculture has, is still, and will continue to lead the world.”
