David Smith is a Managing Partner for the Larry H. Miller Company. At LHM, David has served as Interim CEO, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions. As Managing Partner, he provides overall strategic direction, capital allocation, operational, and investment leadership. He has also served as President of Prestige Financial Services, a LHM portfolio company. He has worked for the Larry H. Miller Company since 2013. As Board Member for Nano-Yield, he enjoys working closely with Clark T. Bell and watching the explosive growth of Nano-Yield all all the companies that lie within. David grew up going to his grandparents ranch in Midway, Utah. He learned quickly that if his grandfather had his flatbed trailer in the driveway, he had a fun day of throwing hay or helping with irrigation rotation.
